Dear Friends and Supporters:

I want to thank everyone who supported my campaign for County Council.  We fought the good fight and offered voters a clear choice this election.  In the end, we simply could not overcome the great disparity in party registration.  My consolation in all this is that nationally, Republicans took back the House!  We now have 2012 to look forward to.

I have learned a great deal on the campaign trail and I've had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people from all parties along the way.  It was a humbling experience for me to be out there delivering my message at metro stations, community festivals, and the like.  I'll never forget the outpouring of support from friends, family and new acquaintances.  I truly appreciate it!
